These principles apply to all activities within The Soul Alignment Academy, including professional and non-professional work outside the academy.

General Conduct & Shared Group Rules
These rules apply to all membership levels:

Punctuality: Arrive on time to avoid disruptions.

Respect: Treat all members with kindness and consideration. This is a safe and supportive space.

Confidentiality: Keep all shared experiences and discussions private.

Active Listening: Listen without interruption and respect others’ right to speak.

Group Work Etiquette: Balance talking and listening—allow your partner equal time to share.

Technology Use: Keep distractions minimal. Phones should be on silent unless needed for the session.
Online Content & Confidentiality
All online content provided within The Soul Alignment Academy, including but not limited to training materials, videos, live session recordings, and resources, is for your personal use only. Sharing or distributing any content outside of the academy is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, your login details are unique to you and must not be shared with anyone. Sharing your account or login credentials puts your membership and the security of our community at risk.
We trust that you will maintain the confidentiality of your login information to protect both your privacy and the integrity of the academy.
Violating these terms will result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your membership without refund.
Consequences for Rule-Breaking
The Soul Alignment Academy is a safe and structured space for personal and spiritual development. Disruptive behaviour or failure to follow the rules and/or guidelines will result in the following actions:

First Warning: A private reminder will be given.

Second Warning: A formal discussion about whether the academy is the right fit for you.
-
Final Warning: Immediate cancellation of your membership.

Code of Conduct
As a member, you agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which upholds professional standards in psychic and mediumship work. This includes:

Spiritual Development Circle Etiquette & Authentic Coaching Session
Whether attending in person or online, please:

Be respectful and present at all times.

Keep your camera on during online sessions.

Arrive on time (sessions start at 7:30 pm prompt).

Avoid distractions and negativity.
