Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Spiritual Development Sessions Thank you for booking a session with us! Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Booking Confirmation You will receive a confirmation email with session details, including the Zoom link (for online sessions) or in-person session location. If you don't receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@thespiritualcatalystcoach.co.uk 2. Session Timing Online Sessions: Doors Open: 7:20 PM Session Start: 7:30 PM (prompt—no late admittance) In-Person Sessions: Doors Open: 15 minutes before start time Session Start: 7:30 PM (prompt—no late admittance) Please arrive on time for all sessions. Late arrivals will not be admitted. 3. Attendance If you can't attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance for online sessions and 48 hours for in-person sessions to allow others to take your spot. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your session. 5. Technology (Online Sessions) Ensure Zoom is installed and you have a stable internet connection. 6. In-Person Requirements Wear comfortable clothing and refrain from wearing strong fragrances. In-person location details will be provided upon booking. 7. Required Materials Please bring a notebook, pen, and drink for every session. 8. Code of Conduct Respect others and maintain confidentiality. Disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the session. 9. Recording and Media Consent Sessions may be recorded or photographed for training and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being featured.
