2. Life Coaching, Business Coaching, and Past Life Regression Sessions
Payment and Refund Policy:

All coaching and past life regression sessions must be paid for in advance or at the time of the session.

These sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Psychic and Mediumship Readings
Payment and Refund Policy:

All readings must be paid for in advance or at the time of the reading.

If you do not understand or cannot accept any of the information within the first 10 minutes of the reading, you are eligible for a full refund.

If this occurs, I will ask if you want me to continue. If you choose to continue, the full payment will be required for the reading.

I reserve the right to end the reading within the first 10 minutes. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued if paid for in advance, or no payment will be taken if paid for at the time of the reading.
4. Academy of Mediumship Monthly Subscription Membership
Free Trial:

We offer a one-session free trial for new members to experience our Academy of Mediumship before committing to a subscription.
Subscription Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not renew.

Since a free trial is available, we do not offer a money-back guarantee for the Academy of Mediumship subscription.
5. Shop Products
Refund and Returns Policy:

Since your purchase is a digital product (intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content, etc), it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.thespiritualcatalystcoach.co.uk are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.
